in 2012, a friend of mine sent me some music that I had recorded to cassette tape in the early to mid-90's from an old Ensoniq sq1 synthesizer which I had purchased while in graduate school in 1991.
6 of these tracks, recorded in 1996 and 1997, would make up the Times Escape album which I submitted to the Wearall ghosts label in early January of 2013. That album was released in February of that year and began my journey of being an ambient musician after taking a 17 year break after I had originally recorded the tracks for Times Escape.
Over the next 2 years, I would submit tracks to various compilations, begin collaborating with a couple of people and submit albums to different internet labels.
It wasn't until 2015 that I would set up my own bandcamp page and start releasing music myself and begin to network and collaborate with even more artists from all over the world.
10 years later, with 500 albums, including 100 collaborations with people from the United States, Canada, Finland, the UK, Israel, Germany, Poland, Russia, Holland, Norway, The Ukraine, Iraq and Scotland, I present you with a celebration of my first decade as a member of the best and most close knit community of musicians and fans that exist in the world.
I went through my entire catalog, selecting what are the most popular tracks based on reviews and bandcamp commentary so this will be a comprehensive introduction to my work for those who may not be familiar with it.
