about

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day"
Amos Chapter 8, Verse 9

The fear, anxiety, disbelief, and yes, even awe that must have been experienced during one of the most pivotal events in human history must have been overwhelming for all. Who could have known that the world would have gone completely dark for three hours after Jesus was nailed to a cross?

This is my interpretation of that event, a three hour album which flows seamlessly but is comprised of 4 different dark ambient narratives, utilizing strings, gongs, bells, organs, cello and choirs.
I have been working on this album since 2015 in between other projects over those 5 years so I hope you will find this to be a stirring emotive experience, one not detailed greatly in the biblical cannon, but an event within the crucifixion story that has been given much speculation over the centuries.
