about

These 6 tracks were created from short wave broadcasts, no synthesizers were utilized in the creation of this album.

It's a strange psychedelic trip in the context of a rather simple event, falling asleep while the television is on, a normal thing that happens to a lot of people. However, what this person encounters in dreams and hypnogogic imagery is anything but normal, dreams of drowning, murder and imprisonment all come to the surface during the night as his sleeping mind meanders from scene to scene as the television gives off a comfortable glow and continues to broadcast it's programming.

The audio samples in encountering the ghostly vision of Tatyana Prikhodko were taken from the October 28, 2013 broadcast of the American edition of the voice of Russia, at 2300GMT-9395kHz.
The audio samples in into the blackness goes the unwilling prisoner were taken from the October 29, 2013 broadcast of the American edition of the voice of Russia, at 2200GMT-9395kHz.
The audio samples in Slowly She sips the nectar that will transform her world were taken from the October 6, 2013 broadcast of the American edition of the voice of Russia, at 2200-2400GMT-9465kHz.
